International postal deliveries have been severely impacted by the global COVID-19 pandemic. There are significant delays due to a reduction in air freight capacity, local Government restrictions and surging domestic parcel volumes.

How do you ship in Russia?

In Russia we ship via CDEK. The shipping cost in Russia depending on your city of residence. The delivery costs within Russia are the following:


 • Moscow: 350 rub. 

 • Russia: from 500 rub. (calculated individually).


Do you ship internationally?
We ship to customers all over the world via UPS shipping service. Shipping cost for UPS services is 30-55$ (calculated individually). 

How long will it take to get my items?

Delivery terms depend on your country and city of residence. Delivery to Moscow takes only 1 day, delivery to central regions of Russia — 2-3 working days, while the rest of Russia — up to 10 working days. 

UPS delivery to Europe takes 2-3 working days and delivery to the rest of the world can take 4-9 working days.

Taxes and duties
We ship your orders from Moscow, Russia. The customer is responsible for payment of all import duties and customs charges in accordance with the relevant local applicable laws.
Custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you make an order, to avoid any unexpected charges.

Please note that if you are requesting a refund for an item you paid duty for, we are unable to refund the duty as it is not collected by us.


What is your return policy?

We believe that your garment should have a perfect fit. In case of any defects or problems with the size we are ready to make an exchange or return. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product for its return.

 • Pictures of product if it’s damaged or faulty

You will have to send your item(s) to the warehouse address in Moscow — we will provide you with one when your return has been authorized. The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.  

The shipping cost of returning item(s) to the warehouse is not covered or reimbursed by us. The refund is made to your bank account after receiving your order.
